Order Cancellation: 

Cancellation: You can easily cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, the production process begins, and we won’t be able to make any changes, but we’re always here to help with any questions!

Returns: Since each of our products is uniquely handcrafted to your specific preferences, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we ensure complete transparency throughout the process. During manufacturing, we share photos and videos at every step, allowing you to request modifications if needed. Before shipping, we also create a final video for you to review, so if any minor changes are required or you notice an issue, you can suggest adjustments. This open communication helps us craft the best piece for you and gives you peace of mind, preventing any surprises.

Exceptions: In the rare event of a manufacturing issue, we’re here to make it right! Just reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +91 79834 39087, and kindly share any videos or photos so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue. We’ll either fix it at your location or, if needed, arrange to bring it back to our site, repair it, and ship it back to you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
